yay! i'm currently in japan, inspired by all the awesome i see. so i did a few color sketches after hearing one of kazu kibuishi's tutorials.

Rock Bot or Bots

i'm currently working on a new idea called rock bot at first he started off kinda tall and skinny, but then i started drawing him with one of those FLCL tv heads which was even more fun, cause i figure his face-screen could be used for various purposes, like varied expressions, pc screen,......television, u get the idea. but now i'm thinking that it'd be cool if it was a band of rocking robots. which would be cool, because now the little one could be the michael jackson/ justin timberlake of the group.

Workshop

so i have to do a fight scene workshop for school. and i'm trying to come up with add for it. here's a couple of designs and the finished one.

Unused stuff

this is an example of my rough thumbnails. most of which don't get used but it helps me figure out what i'm going to do with the story.in this case i was trying to figure out a couple of panels. i ended up using one of these

ok so here's a look at how my process works i.e. how my art loses energy with every step
first development sketches. i made him a little more buff as the process progressed, because i figure since all of his skills are physically based he'd be a pretty muscular guy
